Making marks quickly to shade sketches give the best handmade look to a drawing. In this lesson, we’ll discuss how to do the quick “scribble sketch” method of shading with HB and 6B pencils in Procreate.

Challenge

For the challenge, try some of the earlier lessons’ photos  which you can find here and try some quick sketches, or go out and do some quick sketches from life while you are out somewhere.  This line method of drawing is great for getting quick sketches you might work for more detail later or you want to remember in some written notes.  

Also try taking a tracing like the one here and filling it in with different values of scribble. If you do more tracings for the last video, do those too.
