Learn how to use reference images within procreate using layers and the Reference viewer. We’ll do the setup for a new project by adding a reference photo as a layer in your canvas. Learn to manipulate, order and lock layers, the learn about Procreate’s reference viewer, how to use and when not to use it.

Challenge

For this lesson’s challenge, set up the lesson with the first photo for drawing in the next video. Then practice getting reference photos into Procreate with the other images.
